Learn how to manage your anxiety through a mind-body approach. Anxiety can get the best of anyone, especially in our fast-paced world. This group will help you slow down and learn how to utilize specific breathing exercises and movements to feel empowered to navigate your anxiety. The group also provides a space to process your emotions in a confidential, non-judgmental setting. This group is not a replacement for individual therapy but can aid in gaining skills to manage your daily life more effectively.
Monday Jan 6 - BODY: Awareness of anxiety in the physical body
Monday Jan 13 - BREATH: Utilize your breath to manage anxiety
Monday Jan 20 - MIND: Use mindfulness to harness the mental fluctuations
Monday Jan 27 - WISDOM: Trust yourself and not your anxiety
Monday Feb 3 - BLISS: Experience joy again by reconnecting to your true nature
